We have three days holiday because of Women day 8 March. And I'm cooking one of my favorite meat.

Eu gosto de cozinhar. E a minha cozinha é óptima!

Well that's Portuguese :P! And it means: "I like to cook. And my kitchen is the best!!"
Special thanks for my friend from Porto who gave me this recipe! That's really amazing meat and I'm pretty happy to have it for my New Year Eve!
